The apartment comprises

There are lovely communal garden and pool areas which offer very nice views of the surrounding hills. The area is peaceful and quiet. Peniscola town and the sandy beaches are only a five minute drive from the apartment.

The usual change-over day is Saturday, but sometimes variations are possible - please ask.

To reserve the accommodation a 25% deposit will need to be paid - or the full amount if your holiday begins within 21 days of booking.

A returnable breakages deposit of 100 € is required.
